Terms of Service
Welcome
These Terms of Service explain how our software works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
We’ve written this in plain language to keep things clear and simple.
Defintions
“Services” refers to the software and features we provide.
Web4u Corporation does business as Parish Solutions Co. and Church Solutions Co.
Subscriptions & Cancellations
Most of our services are subscription based. The fee is the same whether paying monthly or by check. Check payments are only available for annual subscriptions. If you fail to continue payments, we will remove your access to the software. If you cancel after making an annual payment, you may request a refund for the unused months. If you cancel a monthly subscription, we simply turn off the program when you cancel. Partial month refunds are not available.
Users and Administrators
You may share your admin login credentials with as many people as you like. For most of our software, you simply share the one admin login. We do not offer second logins except in our website editor and Room Shepherd software. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any activity by individuals you share login credentials with. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
Customer Support
You may email, text, or call anytime. Responses are usually provided within hours. However, we make no support timeline guarantees. Support includes helping use the software and fixing errors in the software. Support does not include doing the actual administrative work for you or adding feature requests. We gladly welcome improvement requests, as many current features have come from suggestions. However, we do not guarantee all improvement requests.
Data, Privacy, Security
The content you add or upload to our software is owned by you. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing purposes. We only use your data as necessary to operate and improve the Services. You can backup your data yourself at any time. We also back up our secure servers daily. If you are concerned about your data, please back it up from time to time. All of our websites use secure SSL https connections. To increase your protection, you may want to change your admin password regularly and/or make it longer and more complicated. While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important data. We are not responsible for data loss.
Acceptable Use
Some of our software can send email and text messages. You may use these built-in services to support the program you are using. You may not excessively use these email and texting services to promote events and activities outside the scope of the program you are using. You may not use the emailing and texting services as a messaging service (Messenger Software Excluded). You may not use the email and texting services as a marketing service. We reserve the right to monitor and restrict your email and text use. Email and Texting is governed by laws and strictly regulated by email and cell phone carriers. We have proper sending rules to follow with internet service providers, cell phone carriers, and email providers. You may not use the Services in a way that could harm our sending reputation or relationships with service providers. You cannot re-add a user to the messaging service who has asked to be removed. A common situation with AdorationPro is attempting to cover too many hours with too few adorers and thus using sub requests and bulk messages to continually market and recruit substitutes for the unfilled hours. At a certain point, this type of messaging shifts from managing adoration to marketing and soliciting unfilled hours. The use of AdorationPro, in these cases, shifts from management to emailing and texting. We reserve the right to limit sending in these cases.
Messaging Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent from recipients before sending emails or text messages through our Services, in compliance with applicable laws (such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and similar regulations).
No Guarantee of Message Delivery
We do not guarantee the delivery, timing, or receipt of any email or text message sent through the Services, as delivery depends on third-party providers and recipient systems.
Right to Suspend/Terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that could harm our systems, reputation, or other customers.
Disclaimers
We work hard to keep the Services running smoothly, but we provide them “as is” and “as available.” We don’t make any warranties — express or implied — that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly secure, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The Services are tools to help your organization operate. They’re not a substitute for your own judgment, your own policies, or professional legal, financial, or pastoral advice. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or uninterrupted. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may result in temporary downtime.
Limits on Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) that come from your use of the Services in a way that breaks these Terms or violates someone else’s rights or the law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
