Apple Developer Account Emails
As the owner of an Apple Developer Account, you will receive emails from Apple. These emails will usually come from [email protected] and be sent to the email address which you used to create the Apple Developer Account. Some of these emails require your attention; others do not. Below is a list of the types of emails and what action you should take or not take. Do not ignore these emails. Simply read the email subject line and find the matching subject line and instructions below.
Situation #1 - Subject: Action Needed: iOS Distribution Certificate Expires in 30 (or other) Days
You do not need to do anything with this email. We update the Distribution Certificate for you. You do not need to forward these email to us.

Situation #2 - Subject: Updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement Now Available
You need to login at https://developer.apple.com/account/ and sign in with the Apple ID that is the Apple Developer Account Account Holder. You then need click on the prompt toward the top of the screen that asks you to review new agreements. If you do not see a prompt, you can also click on the agreements tab. You do not need to forward this email to us. Unfortunately, only you, as the account holder, can accept new agreements. If you do not update the agreement, your push notifications may fail to work in the future. We also won't be able to update your app when necessary. Unfortunately we do not know your Apple ID password.

You need to login at https://developer.apple.com/account/ and sign in with the Apple ID that is the Apple Developer Account Account Holder. You then need click on the prompt toward the top of the screen that asks you to review new agreements. If you do not renew your Apple Developer Account, your app will not appear in the app store. Your app, if already downloaded, will continue to work. However, new downloads will not be possible until your renew your Apple Developer Account. Unfortunately, we cannot do this for you. It can only be done by the Apple Developer Account holder. Unfortunately we do not know your Apple ID password. Non profit organizations do not have to pay the Apple Developer Fee.

Your Apple Developer Account has expired. You need to login at https://developer.apple.com/account/ and sign in with the Apple ID that is the Apple Developer Account Account Holder. You will then follow the prompts to answer questions about your trader status. You can answer "No" that you are not a trader.
